By doing so, the customer is registered as a Koiraparkki customer and may use Koiraparkki\u2019s services. An invoice for the services is sent to the address provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koiraparkki requires personal data so that the customer can use the services and be invoiced for the services used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is required in order to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enable the customer to use Koiraparkki\u2019s services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow Koiraparkki to communicate with the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow Koiraparkki to invoice the customer for services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the customer relationship and communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out marketing and customer communication (if the customer has given consent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contents of the Register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency contact\u2019s first and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency contact\u2019s phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pet information (name, breed, registration number, medications if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordered services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order date, time, and duration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional information provided by the customer regarding the booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information provided by the customer about pets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regular Sources of Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer-related information is primarily collected directly from the customer during registration, booking, and customer service interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disclosure and Transfer of Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data is not processed or transferred to countries whose data protection legislation has not been approved by the European Commission. Data may be processed by external parties, for example for newsletter distribution, if the customer has provided separate consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer\u2019s separate consent, except in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If required by law, for example in connection with subpoenas, requests from authorities, or similar legal situations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Koiraparkki is involved in a merger or acquisition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect safety or rights, or to investigate fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protection of the Register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The register is stored on the servers of an IT service provider and is protected by technical and administrative measures. Personal data is processed only by Koiraparkki staff, billing personnel, and management. Access to the system is restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to check once per year free of charge what information concerning them has been stored in the register. A free-form written request must be sent to the contact person mentioned above. The request must include sufficient identifying information, such as name, email address, and address, so that the information can be retrieved from the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right to Rectification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer may correct their information at any time by contacting the above-mentioned contact person. A written request including the necessary identifying information is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consents and Prohibitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer may prohibit the use of their information for direct marketing at any time. If the customer prohibits the use of their information for direct marketing, they will only receive customer relationship communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers will not receive direct marketing without separate consent, for example by subscribing to a newsletter or choosing to receive newsletters during booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to the Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koiraparkki reserves the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time.
